Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Cancellation stops future renewals immediately.
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current period.
Refund requests
Refund requests for subscription charges are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a refund if:
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount).
- You experienced a significant technical issue that prevented you from using the service.
- You contact us within 14 days of the charge.
One-time purchases
If we offer one-time purchases, refund eligibility will be described at checkout or in the product description. Generally, digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us and include:
- The email address used for purchase
- The date of the charge
- The reason for your request
We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving legitimate billing issues quickly.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us is expensive and slow for everyone involved. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
